Quality Greetings Cards

 

In 1813 C J Mason took out a patent to manufacture 'Ironstone China'. These four patterns were some of the designs especially created for this new material. Top left and bottom right are taken from Francis Morley's pattern book dated around 1853-1858. Top right and bottom left are taken from Charles James Mason's pattern book and were first introduced between 1834 and 1840.
